Computer/Laptop

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 310-15 which I am using for past 7 years and it is working as intended. It is not a powerful machine by any means, with 4gb ram and i3 6th gen cpu you can't do miracles with this configuration but it surely can run day-to-day software like MS Office, Photoshop and a Web Browser easily.

Previously I was using Linux Mint as my Operating System but around two years ago I changed to Windows 10 LTSC IOT. I think Windows Operating System has less shenanigans and headaches than Linux.

Redmi Pad

I bought this tablet in 2023, because I was travelling a lot for my college. To be honest, this is the best device I have ever had. The screen quality is top notch (for the budget) and this is the best device for watching videos/movies. The battery life and the sound quality is also great. It has stopped recieving software updates now. I use this tablet for taking notes and reading books. It has 6gb ram and 128gb storage.

Samsung Galaxy A12

I got this mobile phone from my father when I moved out for college. It is a low end phone with 6gb ram and 128gb storage. I am not a heavy mobile user and I use it for mails and calling only. The hardware is "okayish" but the software hangs, well what can I expect from the low end device. It works flawlessly for me, so I am happy with this one too.

Note Taking

I use Obsidian primarily as Note taking software on my desktop and Google Notes on my smartphone. Obsidian is a great tool and I use it mainly as a calendar and kanaban board and also to maintain some to-do lists.

Image Manipulation

I use Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 for creating and editing stickers for my Redbubble shop. There is no software which comes close to this, I have tried GIMP, Photopea, Canva etc., but Photoshop is just a superior software.

Office Suite

I use Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). It is better than the newer versions and also faster.

I have shifted to MS Office 2021. I don't use their whole suite but Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Password Manager

I use Bitwarden because of its sync feature mainly. It syncs all my passwords nicely to all my devices.

Torrent Client

Hands down, Qbittorrent is the best client for sailing the sea. I don't use it that anymore, because I don't like the new Linux ISOs.

RSS Client

Readrops is an android RSS client which I use for reading local/regional news. Because the news websites are full of bloat and I can't find any useful information if I go to the website directly. Indian news website has became VIM, you can't exit them. I used to use newsboat when I was using Linux, but currently I am not using any RSS client on my computer.
